NISHAT MILLS LTD. (BATH DIVISION PROJECT)
Installation of complete Textile Bath Division Factory (all processes – from weaving to finish product) on turnkey basis project. Installation of power and utilities setup for complete factory.
US & DYNAMO MILLS LTD. PROCESS AND UTLITY TANKS PROJECT
Fabrication and installation of SS-304 process vessels (36 Nos) including CRU, Mercerizing, Singeing, Bleaching, Pad Steam, Stirring and Sanfo complete for denim processing plant. Fabrication and installation of ASTM A36 utility tanks (06 Nos) including diesel oil bulk storage, diesel oil day tanks, compressed air vessels, feed water and condensate recovery tanks.
7MW INTERLOOP GAS FIRED POWER PLANT INSTALLATION/RELCOATION PROJECT
Dismantling, relocation and turnkey installation of 1 x 3MW Jenbacher JGS-620 gas fired power plant along with its WHR boiler from Faisalabad to Lahore. Installation of new 1 x 4MW Jenbacher JMS-624 gas fired power plant.
15MW NISHAT MILLS LTD. SAHIANWALA GREENFIELD RELOCATION COGEN POWER PLANT PROJECT
Re-location of Wartsila 18V34-SG and Jenbacher JGS-620 power plants. Re-location of 9TPH WHRB steam generation & distribution system. Relocation 1 x 800KW CAT D3412 DG set BSDG. Electrical, lighting & instrumentation of power plant up to outgoing feeder station. 120T steel structure work. Project involved equipment re-locations from four differently located facilities.

EPC 3MW WARTSILA SOLAR HYBRID POWER PLANT PROJECT
Installation of 10,000 PV-modules on a high roof PEB along with complete installation of DC, LV and MV electrical systems, cable trays, earthing and steel structure for inverter station.
20MW 35TPH NISHAT DYEING COGEN TRI-FUEL POWER PLANT INSTALLATION PROJECT
Turnkey installation of 3.2MW HP non-condensing steam turbine, 3MW Turbomach C40 gas turbine (relocated), 9MW Wartsila 20V-34DF EG set and 2xCAT G3520E gas gensets power plant. Field re-erection of 25TPH HRSG (relocated). Installation of 10TPH WHR steam generation 3 x WHR boilers with auxiliaries and structure. Installation of 2200RFT overhead HP steam pipeline.
22MW UMER GROUP GAS FIRED POWER PLANT INSTALLATION PROJECT
Installation of 09 Nos gas engines. 1 x 2.5MW Jenbacher JMS-616 at Faisal Spinning Mills. 1 x 3MW Jenbacher JMS-620 at Faisal Spinning Mills. 2 x 1.8MW Jenbacher JMS-612 at Bhanero Weaving Mills. 2 x 3MW Jenbacher JMS-620 at Blessed Textile Mills. 1 x 2.5MW Jenbacher JMS-616 at Bhanero Spinning Mills. 1 x 3MW Jenbacher JMS-620 at Bhanero Spinning Mills. 1 x 900KW Waukesha VHP-5904 at Blessed Textile Mills.
